Abstract
Culture, such a broad concept that has served both to exacerbate nationalisms with exclusionary crucibles (Altamirano and Torres-Toukoumidis, 2021), anachronistic behaviors such as bullfighting (Moreno, 2017) and extemporaneous values (Inglehart and Baker, 2005); but also to promote diversity (Juncosa and Garzón, 2019), study identity transformation processes (Garzón, 2012, 2019), the conservation of heritage wealth (Barbecho-Benalcázar, Uyaguari-Guamán and Torres-Toukoumidis, 2020) and the acceptance of identity patterns (Herrán-Gómez et al. , 2017). In this book, students of the Master's Degree in Cultural Management of the Salesian Polytechnic University opt for the second notion, in fact, in their degree works in accompaniment of their respective tutors, culture is envisioned in its maximum power, in which a multiplicity of projects, visions, paradigms that interweave a variety of coordinated actions that describe, improve and lead the progress of the cultural fabric of Ecuador are addressed.
