Abstract
This article is a systematization of the experiences carried out by “Cátedra UNESCO Tecnologías de apoyo para la inclusión educativa” of the Salesian Polytechnic University of Ecuador. The investigation seeks to highlight the most significant practices related to the inclusion process of students with disabilities framed in the three dimensions: teaching, research and connection with society. In the dimension of teaching, the value of collaborative work between managers, teachers and students stands out. The workshops and study circles allow to find answers to the educational needs of all students under the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). The research dimension contributes to the inclusion process by producing fed back through action research. Finally, in the dimension of connection with society highlight the importance of dialogue and creating strategic alliances with internal and external entities, this actions contribute to the continuity and strengthening of inclusive education processes and the establishment of an inclusive culture.
