Abstract
This document is an analysis of the sales area and production department of the automotive warehouse 'JM' for this is considered ethics and values in their sellers and machine operators, as this has a great value in the workplace and in professional life. The importance of an excellent attention in sales will make the difference with the competitors, offering a quality product to the consumer. These ethical values represent a strength in each of the people who work in this store, demonstrating honesty and security in the products that are produced and marketed.
