Abstract

This book contains a compilation of research related to software engineering, with the aim of publicizing the aspects that involve adopting methodologies for software development, and even more what are the changes or behaviors of the personnel involved as part of the work team. It is necessary that companies that are about to adopt a development methodology, students, teachers and professionals, know everything that this involves, the book being a resource that can help make correct decisions regarding the establishment or acceptance of a development methodology. Process management will be addressed through an attitudinal model for the adoption of agile methodologies in myPimes (software development companies) and ITIL in small and medium-sized companies, where a process implementation sequence is defined using a scheme based on profiles, which is characterized by the establishment of "Good Software Engineering practices". In addition, with the aim of providing algorithms as an alternative to optimize processes in various industries and significantly reduce costs, a type of graph called Minimal Strong Digraph (MSD) is studied, mentioning the main concepts, mathematical demonstrations of each of its properties and an analysis of the results obtained when using the algorithm on an MSD.
