Abstract

This article addresses the difficulties faced by children with attention deficit disorder in a traditional educational model, characterized by prolonged attention spans and difficulties in sustaining attention. In response to this problem, it highlights the need for interactive didactic tools that allow them to manage learning autonomously, fostering their motivation and helping them to overcome external distractions. The integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the educational environment is presented as a fundamental solution, not only as an innovative resource, but also as an essential tool that not only strengthens the learning process in general, but also contributes to improve reading comprehension and potentially reduce school failure. The proposal aims to analyze the benefits of interactive stories as a strategy to improve reading comprehension, highlighting the relevance of the integration of ICT in education to access a wide range of up-to-date and diverse information in all disciplines. Ultimately, a promising proposal is presented to address the educational challenges of children with attention deficit disorder and to improve their learning experience in the classroom.
