Abstract

The results obtained from researching intercultural educational-communicative programs are presented, in terms of their importance for the transformation of learning. The strategies of participation and collaboration that contribute to individual and social development, in addition to multidisciplinary integration. Recognizing the spaces that put intercultural educommunicative policies into practice. In Ecuador, educational programs are dedicated to the recognition of its 14 nationalities. That is, it is expected that reforms in educational methods are intercultural; however, Kichwa, having the largest number of speakers after the Spanish language, is absent in classrooms and spaces of social development. This represents a problem for native speakers. The limitation of access to quality education means the absence of students in the different educational fields. Consequently, the loss of the Kichwa language and identity of its speakers. Increasing inequality and lack of democracy. Studies show new educational and communicational ways to incorporate interculturality through the virtual environment. In this way, the access of students from different spaces is increased, training educators in the Kichwa language as well as in intercultural educational methods. The platforms use programs that are developed in their native Kichwa language.
