Abstract
This paper reflects on the information architecture in the university communication media InDi of the Social Communication career of the Salesian Polytechnic University in Quito. With this purpose, a methodological proposal is offered to show this experience based on action-research. Then, communication is conceptually analyzed in relation to hypermediality. In addition, the importance of usability and interactivity in the training process of communicators is established. Likewise, the implementation of InDi as a permanent experimentation laboratory for future communicators is described. Finally, some reflections and proposals under construction are considered.
