Abstract
The present titling work was carried out with the purpose of determining the influence of the family context within the problem of sexual abuse in boys and girls, either as guilty or therapeutic relief. According to the OMS (2003), sexual abuse is currently defined as sexual conduct between two or more people, in which there is a context of inequality and in which the victim is used as a means of sexual stimulation by the aggressor. keep in mind that rape is merely the most violent form of sexual abuse known. Among the behaviors that are part of the context of sexual abuse we can identify the following: 1. Physical contact: genital, oral or anal. 2. Use of the victim as an ob ject of sexual relaxation. 3. Use of the victim as an object of stimulation by third parties: production of pornography or having sexual relations. During this time of modernity, it has been proven that child and adolescent sexual abuse is not only the mos t common, but also the most serious crime against children in the world. According to the OMS (2003), sexual abuse against minors would also include mistreatment and humiliation, both physical and emotional. One of the main problems encountered when dealin g with sexual abuse is that the psychosocial factors that are related to the problem have not been fully identified, although it has been known that this phenomenon commonly unfolds in the family environment of the victims. . The research was carried out through the use of various information collection tools, facilitating the analysis and organization of the same, through the use of a qualitative methodology that allows the observation, understanding and objective description of the aforementioned problem.
