Abstract
This research allows us to analyze a topic that has been little researched from the perspective of the hearing impaired student who in an inclusive online education, due to the Covid-19 crisis, may present problems to face situations in a virtual classroom, such as sharing knowledge in a virtual work group where there are people with and without disabilities, the integration to a cooperative and collaborative work, communication barriers within a work team, among others are issues that are a challenge for students with hearing impairment, who see limited their actions to achieve the same opportunities for progress and development in this field, within a framework of equal opportunities.
