Abstract
Education for inclusion in the training of educators implies assuming certain elements of a theoretical and practical nature in the educational process from the effectiveness of reading motivation. Taking into account the eminently applicative character of Pedagogy, the present work aims at reflecting on the possibilities of developing a training program for teachers in Higher Education. It is important to promote the exchange of experiences in the preparation of teachers in order to increase the motivation of students towards academic reading, in favor of educational inclusion. It has been considered that if essential elements are introduced in the development of teachers' capacities for inclusive education, then positive results will be achieved in the motivation of students for reading. The research process has been conceived from the combination of qualitative and quantitative aspects. The integration of theoretical and empirical methods favors the approach to the object of study. The nature of the object of study has required the natural description of certain aspects of the process. The bibliographic review has made it possible to understand key aspects of the subject, which has allowed the application of an important training experience and to arrive at conclusions of significant scope in the integral formation of the students. Systematic observation through the application of questionnaires showed the growing interest of teachers in the deepening of key aspects of the didactic process of academic reading and writing, focused on educational inclusion.
