Abstract

For our purposes, we can describe the common good as the set of conditions that society offers each individual to live a dignified life, thanks to their own efforts. The common good teaches us to know about the conditions of social life that make it possible for groups and each of its members since the fullest and easiest achievement of perfection itself does not consist of the simple sum of the particular assets of each subject. It is indivisible because only together it is possible to achieve it, achieve it and reinforce it. Subsidiarity tells us that, in society, higher order institutions and organizations have the purpose of having to put themselves in an attitude of help and, therefore, of support, promotion and increase in relation to the lower ones. Each human person has the right and duty to be the principal author of their development, needing the help of others. The authority must seek to establish conditions of life that allow each man and each woman to stimulate personal initiatives of the common good. Society, companies need to apply an economy of communion raised from the value of the person, that is, rescuing their dignity, an economy that not only benefits a select group of people but a whole set where ethics and morality prevail , where the values are above the material benefit. The present investigation is an extensionist. The type of research has a mixed approach since it combines quantitative elements typical of the administrative and qualitative sciences of the social sciences, being the relationships that are going to be established among the participants, the scope of the research is of explanatory type.
