Abstract
ICTs are part of the educational process, but at the same time, there are needs in the academic process, such as not having enough practice questionnaires available at the right time and schedule for the constant improvement of English language learning content. Thus, this study seeks to use questionnaires on the institutional platform (AVAC) to support the English teaching process in order to improve foreign language learning outcomes. The exploration and analysis of research carried out in indexed publications highlight the importance and relevance of the subject of study through the use of technological resources in the field of education worldwide. With this background, it is clear that the creation and subsequent use of ICT-supported questionnaires in accordance with the requirements of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) represents an alternative for the advancement of English language learning due to the benefits they offer.
