Abstract

Computer architecture is a fundamental subject in computer engineering studies. This subject is responsible for studying the design and implementation of the internal components of computers. Augmented reality (AR) is a developing technology and a powerful resource to enhance the teaching process in computer architecture. Augmented reality allows merging digital information with our real environment, which is very beneficial for students to visualize abstract concepts and ideas related to computer architecture.
