Abstract

The digital transformation of the banking system is in constant development, and it has become a strategy that al-lows users to complete transactions in a practical and efficient way. The analysis of the conditions of online banking indicated in this study is based on the theoretical inquiry, surveys, and interviews. The main objective of this research is to determine the incidence of digital transformation on the level of acceptance of users of the banking system of the city of Guayaquil. This research was of the correlational type because it measured the degree of relationship presented by the variables on which this article was based, through its indicators, performing the statistical analysis through the statistical programming language R and its compiler R Studio. At the end of this research, it was deter-mined that the digital transformation adapted to banking generated approval in the people surveyed. Currently, us-ers are looking for the services offered by banks to be accessible and reliable; while the financial institution focuses on the expectations of its customers to create products aligned to their needs without neglecting the regulations to which it is established.
