Abstract

At the Salesian Polytechnic University (UPS) Centenario campus there is a significant number of teachers from various careers who do not identify with Salesian philosophy and pedagogy, based on the rejection of the activities that are made of university ministry, where it has touched me as teacher to be co-responsible for the days that are held during the academic period with the participation of students, some teachers from other areas consider that what is done in the pastoral and in the area of reason and faith is not decisive in the specific formation of our future professionals. Therefore, a pedagogical training plan on Salesian identity, philosophy and anthropology, in principle for teachers of all careers of the UPS Centenario campus, is necessary and important to promote and deepen on Salesian pedagogy that allows it to be consistent with the educational praxis developed in the institution.
