Abstract

This book is the result of the collaboration of a group of researchers from different universities, where the relationships between Education and Happiness are addressed in humanistic fields and Social Sciences. Specifically, different possibilities that new technologies present for education, geography, history and heritage are analyzed. In an increasingly inequitable world, education is the most appropriate mechanism to reduce inequality, poverty, exclusion, and consequently have more just, productive societies with adequate levels of income and wealth distribution, that is, communities with individuals In this sense, one of the tools that contributes to this is the proper use of technology, even more so it is this digital age that enables us to generate new and varied forms of teaching and learning that benefit Increasing numbers of students are growing regardless of the study modality they opt; all this, with an adequate convergence of media through an efficient combination of on-site and virtual activities in real time or delayed with the support of information and communication technologies that advance in an accelerated way and we must make the best use of it manner.
