Abstract
The IPC contains essential information — organized, synthetic, and integrated — from the evaluation conducted on a person within a particular context and at a given moment (Heredia and Ancona et al., 2012, in Coaguila et al., 2021). In psychology, especially in the clinical field, reports are a very useful tool in the intervention process; therefore, it is very important to know how to prepare them, as they will reflect the patient's life. In their preparation, several key elements must be considered, which will serve as the basis for gathering useful information for diagnosis.
