Education management faces complex challenges arising from structural, technological, epistemological, and sociocultural transformations. Proper implementation allows for the planning, organization, execution, and evaluation of institutional processes in a coherent, efficient, and ethical manner. This book critically analyzes the practices, foundations, and projections of Ecuadorian university education management, with an emphasis on its ethical, pedagogical, technological, and disciplinary dimensions. Management in university education should be understood as an articulated system of strategic decisions that promote the continuous improvement of institutional quality and its commitment to society.
