Abstract
Communication in its evolution process, has had different stages, within which, the way of transmitting it, the entity that creates it and therefore establishes the guidelines to present it, has also evolved. In its beginnings, the channels and the way of transmitting information were more closed, because the time to deliver the information, receive it and generate a response was longer. With technological advances, the speed with which information is received and a response is generated is immediate, which generates a feeback between the parties.
