Abstract

With the emergence of ILO Convention 169 on Indigenous and Tribal Peoples in Independent Countries on June 27, 1989 in Geneva and the presence of the Latin American indigenous movement in the 1990s, constitutions with a collective spirit began to emerge in Colombia in 1991, Peru in 1993, Bolivia in 1994 and Ecuador in 1998.
