The digital book “Interdisciplinary training for the cultural sector” is the fourth volume of the texts prepared for the Master's Degree in Cultural Management, online modality. It consists of two subjects belonging to the second semester: Management of the publishing and audiovisual industry and Cultural industries and innovation; in addition to the chapter “Cultural management, an (inter) disci-pline in construction”.These materials designed by the Program's teachers are added to other resources that teachers upload to the Virtual Cooperative Learning Environment (AVAC), which facilitate the teaching-learning processes. The teaching authors, both internal and invited, have reflected in each section their experiences of teaching, research and educational management, seeking the professional qualification of artists, workers and cultural managers based in the Ecuadorian territory and at the region-al level. These teaching resources become pioneers for the online Master's degrees at the Salesiana Polytechnic University. They are part of the “University Classroom” Collection designed by the Abya-Yala University Publishing House expressly for Postgraduate Programs.
