Abstract
People with disabilities face a plethora of inconveniences that prevent them from participating in the activities of higher education and employment institutions. For this reason, the present project had as objective the lifting of an exercise of labor cases that served as a base for the creation of labor simulators, which develop generic competences in people with disabilities. The methodology had a qualitative approach with a descriptive-empirical scope. A convenience sample was applied to five employees of the San Juan de Dios Hospital. The proposed evaluation instrument was the semi-structured interview, adapted to the selected competencies. The starting point was the review of the state of the art on educational inclusion in higher education institutes of Latin American and European countries. As a result of the investigation, 6 labor exercises were designed for the ability to make decisions and the ability to act in new situations.
