Abstract
The main objective of this investigative article is to analyze the quality and satisfaction of the products offered at El Bunker de Hobby restaurant, located in the city of Cuenca. The importance of this evaluation lies in understanding how consumers perceive the quality of the food, and services offered by this establishment, as well as identifying possible areas of improvement to guarantee customer satisfaction. The methodological process for the development of the research is based on the execution of the House of Quality methodology within the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) reference framework. For this purpose and in accordance with the specific objectives, we will start by defining the variables associated with the quality of the selected product and subsequently subject it to validation by both the competition and the consumer. And, finally, from this, establish recommendations for improvement for the brand. Intention that will be carried out through the phases explained below and that have an exploratory, descriptive and relational scope within the analytical – synthetic method. This study will provide key data to improve quality and customer satisfaction at El Bunker de Hobby, strengthening its competitiveness.
