Abstract
Chatbots are software programs designed for the purpose of dynamic interaction with different users, which can be referred to as a conversation for informational and problem-solving purposes. They can be used to complement different services such as customer service, education, travel and health. It has become very common to use them as a technological tool that communicates with users in an intelligent way (Adamopoulou and Moussiades, 2020).
