Abstract
The evaluation of the impact of programs or projects lies in the generation of evidence that allows identifying achievements and weaknesses to improve the performance of the program in a series of aspects, quantified through criteria such as efficiency, effectiveness, effectiveness, equity, social impact, cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, and beneficiary satisfaction. For this reason, the main objective of this research is to seek impact evaluation through a statistical, mathematical analysis of pretest and posttest analysis developed through Artificial Intelligence within an ideal model and with shared values to find quantitative solutions, allowing us to find a correlation and a linear regression equation with a margin of error between 34.75 to 49.09% for the ideal scenario and 52.13% for the scenario of non-equivalent groups.
