Abstract
Working is a historical matter and it is the best way to dignify the mankind. Since Neolithic the division of jobs is common. The division taking account of different parameters. The parameters have evolved through time with big events such as industrial revolution. Nowadays the evolution continues with the technological evolution. Thus, due to intrinsic human nature of working, this paper highlights several paragraphs of Encyclical published by Juan Pablo II entitled “Laborem Exercens”. On the other hand, this paper is intended to identify the issues associated with working ethics. The authors wanted to talk about the conflicts that are directly related with dilemmas in working relationships between friends or family. These dilemmas could trigger several issues both for individuals and enterprises that are discusses. The ethical dilemmas include bribery and giving or receiving gifts and the direct relation towards make stronger working relationships. This analysis will take account of socio-economic reality where the actions occur.
