Abstract

The different means of communication such as radio, television, internet and the written press give information on the aspects of impact, relevant in society that are issued in the different information spokespersons, this generates important changes for the development of society classes, ethical values and morals that affect society justifying that information is made up so that the medium is justified without exposing the truth by a lucrative means, the ideology of the dominant system affects much to inform the viewer the change of information. Through the media the communicator plays a fundamental role when revealing or disclosing information the viewer expects that the revealed information will tend to be 100% real and reliable, for communicating the method of revealing the information has a fulfilled a number of standards aimed at freedom of expression, through its programs and content, the decision-making of governments are implicit in the scope, impact on society, an ill-informed news can cause. Freedom of expression has to be fulfilled with responsibility and honesty, the spokespersons of information have to recognize that ethics has different points of view, according to how I transmit this information.
