In the following article presents the questions from the ethical point of view to provide solutions to the problem of ethics and morals within the field of civil construction. The aim is to analyze the behavior of workers within the work environment of construction and the surrounding work environment. Another point to try is to know in what circumstances you can find ethics and moral models within the work of construction comparing with the work environment of an office job, using for it a deductive and investigative methodology which has been obtained as a point to deal with, human behavior which is a variant that depends on the ethical and moral values obtained in a social, work environment, etc. In recent years, new regulations on industrial safety and the labor code have been developed that seek to prevent and prevent serious and minor work accidents on the part of the worker; avoiding these altercations in an ethical way, within the civil work.
