The objective of this document is to carry out a deontological analysis of environmental pollution caused by industrial refrigerants. The present document contains historical background, propagation of refrigerants in the environment, types of pollution and the relationship between ethics and the environment, high rates of pollution in the atmosphere and the degradation of the ozone layer detected approximately six decades ago in research carried out in Antarctica, show a clear evidence of the damage that makes the human being to the environment in which he lives all this caused by its technological development and as a consequence of this development are the metropolises and large industries that pollute with their high levels of chemical substance emissions which destroy ozone and remain in the air for decades until they achieve complete decomposition, As a consequence of this, and as the main promoter, the UN has created treaties and protocols between the main industrialized countries to stop the accelerated degradation that affects us in one way or another. Currently, talking about respect for the environment is a problem for everyone because it is a consequence of our actions and therefore we must raise awareness and have an ethic of respect for the environment.
