Abstract

Intercultural bilingual education (EIB) constitutes a priority in the concepts to guarantee the quality of education. The objective of this work is to design training actions based on the Model of the Intercultural Bilingual Education System (MOSEIB) as anarticulating axis that guides the teachers of the Juan Francisco Yerovi Intercultural Bilingual Educational Unit, for the adequate implementation of the intercultural curriculum with the didactic methodology called Knowledge Methodology. For this, a mixedmethodology was used, supported by theoretical methods such as the analysis and synthesis of training around the EIB, induction and deduction and historical-logical. Also empirical methods such as surveys and interviews with key informants. The proposed strategies are based on Personalized Tutoring, with workshops aimed at teachers on the Bilingual Intercultural Education Model -MOSEIB and its methodology, teaching support and dialogue with experts. The results were highly positive and the importance of training teachers in the application of teaching-learning techniques in intercultural bilingual education was demonstrated.
