Abstract
The Preventive System increases in its comprehensive sense from the historical-cultural approach, since the discourse of "preventive" is not satisfied with guiding, protecting, monitoring or accompanying, but rather elevates the human being to an exclusive condition not only for insert them in productive means, but to be recognized as equal human beings. Even in the works of Don Bosco no one cared how they entered, the important thing was how they left, the valuable thing for society being the recognition of Don Bosco's educational style called "the Salesian spirit".
