Abstract
Deals with President Lenín Moreno's speech during the quarantine by Covid-19 on Twitter. Discourse analysis, communication and social networks in the political sphere were the theoretical basis for the study and interpretation. Methodologically, we worked under the methods of discourse analysis and content analysis, during the first quarter of the confinement by Covid-19, from March to May 2020.
