Abstract
This book commemorates the fiftieth anniversary of the Salesian Center for Ongoing Formation in America (CSFPA) and analyzes the impact of its program on the lives of participants. Based on research using quantitative and qualitative data, it shows how the formation process has strengthened the charismatic identity and educational-pastoral practice, generating concrete changes in Salesian accompaniment and mission. The text provides an understanding of how the CSFPA, in these decades of formative service, has consolidated a model that articulates historical memory, theological reflection, and practical commitment. In this sense, it not only documents the richness of a formation process but also proposes a critical reading of its fruits, offering keys to strengthening the shared mission between Salesians and lay people in fidelity to the charism of Don Bosco.
