Abstract
This document sets out criteria on the importance of the articulation of the educational instances and the family, especially in the pandemic scenario. It raises the changes that have arisen in terms of the configuration of the educational community. The weight of the absence of the family in previous years and the responses of the educational instances are reviewed. It also shows the confluence of stressors in the family and the multiple crises faced by the family system. It concludes with the urgency of strengthening the education-family, family-education links, so that change, uncertainty and the risks involved can be managed, turning the crisis into an opportunity.
