Abstract
The book Ecología de la información: de la práctica teórica a la práctica profesional (Information ecology: from theoretical practice to professional practice) aims to make known the thematic areas and the methodological and theoretical perspectives used by students of the Communication Career of the Salesian Polytechnic University. This publication collects the material created in the classroom and recycles the information produced. Analysis of political and news discourses, gender issues, interculturality, transparency, cyberactivism, are part of this publication. The practice of scientific research seeks to sow concern in students in areas related to social, cultural, political, communicative and developmental issues.
