Abstract
This article describes the design and implementation of the Dynamic Test Bench - Teaching consists of two control loops with varying pressure and weight, which will be used in the Laboratory Automation UPS- G. They provide the data, tables, images, equipment and instruments available to the academic and professional community through a Test Bank (physical), the same as used as a PLC control interface communicated wirelessly between them, thus promoting this type of communication applicable in the industrial field. Technical issues investigated for implementation and design of this Test Bank were the use and handling of equipment and control instruments used in various industrial applications such as pressure transmitter, load cell , variable speed , centrifugal pump , controllers, valves , communication between PLC and PC control console is via wireless , implementing new communication systems and industrial equipment regardless of their brands , demonstrating how friendly and flexible they are, to work in any industrial application.
