Abstract
In this research, an electrical energy management system is developed to control appliances and dim lighting in intelligent buildings. For the control of household appliances, metering equipment called mPower was used. For the control of the lighting system it will be based on a RASPERRY PI data acquisition card that manages and reduces energy consumption. With this data, energy consumption behavior is modeled and energy can be minimized using the Pareto algorithm for optimization. Finally, the energy consumption of lights and appliances was reduced through the designed algorithm.
