Abstract
The sign language becomes the means to express ideas in society for the deaf community, still the conflict arises when speakers do not understand this form of communication, generating isolation between the parties. Therefore, this paper plans the development of a system of linguistic conversion from audio to hologram for the Ecuadorian sign language; it will allow a person to learn sign language in a friendly way for which he or she must say a word in a microphone, and by programming an algorithm in a microcomputer it will activate a holographic reproduction to visualize how certain essential terms of the Spanish language defined in a database are optimized. In this way, a system that will help the learning of Ecuadorian sign language is obtained thanks to technological resources. For the design of the application, three-dimensional images were generated, and the effectiveness of voice to hologram translation was measured with 96.09% of success.
