Abstract

The growth of the population with heart problems has increased due to several factors. The present investigation focused on patients who present with a growing pathology such as Arterial Hypertension (HTA). For this reason, it was determined to carry out the design of an IoT architecture in medical environments for the treatment of Hypertensive patients using the TOPSIS method, which will be of great help in choosing the appropriate model and obtaining greater control in people who suffer from it, especially those vulnerable ranges of blood pressure and obtain greater monitoring of patients with HT in the country. The present work takes the form of a descriptive and analytical study about the architectures designed in medical environments, thus demonstrating that by merging technology and health, great tools are obtained that will allow us to offer real-time controls to inspect the health of patients, granting a better quality of lifetime.
