This research was born from the need to know the different aspects that a millennials must take into account as challenges when entering a job. The methodology was qualitative, with a descriptive scope and a case study design in a media outlet in the city of Guayaquil - Ecuador with millennial interns within the months of November and December 2018. For data collection, interviews through a focus group with interns, direct observation and interpretation of the interaction between boss/intern within the company and interviews with the bosses were used. The emerging results described that the relationships between these generations, within this environment, are good, the interns are highly affective and the bosses have high perspectives of their capabilities, among the challenges encountered are: the salary aspect, the role they fulfill as interns, the limitations they encounter and transcendence.
