Abstract

The close relationship that exists between the quality of professional life and deontology within the electrical engineering is analyzed, since the affectations that could occur in a person could have alterations in the deontological attitudes of a worker, that is, possible future problems within and outside the workplace. We must also bear in mind that quality of life encompasses many relevant aspects, both individual and social, with the main objective of humanizing work and making it more welcoming and safer. The worker who perceives these changes in the environment tends to feel satisfied with the activity performed, improving their performance at work and, therefore, not only produces personal benefits, but "global" with the participation of colleagues and, therefore, of the company. The impact on quality factors can have an impact on minor or drastic changes in the person, which can lead to erroneous decisions that can fall in their behavior and work performance, this being the reason why they fall in the type actions. unethical and illegal. It is important to know that in many careers there are codes that govern the behavior of professionals, many of whom are totally out of date with the new ideologies and technologies that are administered within the labor sector. In technical careers, the constant advance of new forms of work is indicated as in autonomous systems, which differ from many traditional activities. That is why we can classify as dependent variables the deontology of the worker with the environment.
