The close relationship that exists between the quality of professional life and deontology within electrical engineering is analysed, due to the fact that the effects that could occur in one could have alterations in the deontological attitudes of a worker, meaning possible future problems within and outside the work environment. It should also be borne in mind that quality of life encompasses many relevant aspects, both individual and social, with the main objective of humanizing work and making it more welcoming and safe. The worker who perceives these changes within the environment tends to feel satisfied with the activity he carries out, improving his work performance and therefore not only producing personal benefits, but "global" involving colleagues and therefore the company. The effect on quality factors can affect minor or drastic changes in the person, which can lead to bad decisions that may fall within their conduct and work performance, this being the reason why they fall into actions of an unethical and illegal. It is important to know that in many careers there are codes that govern the conduct of professionals, many of these being completely outdated with new ideologies and technologies that are handled within the labor sector. In technical careers, the constant advance of new forms of work is pointed out, as in autonomous systems, which are different from many traditional activities. It is for this reason that we can classify as dependent variables the deontology of the worker with the environment.
