Abstract
In this document a study and analysis of the implementation of the plan to change gas stoves for induction stoves will be carried out, showing through a compilation of news taken from the local media all the process that had the passage of induction stoves in Ecuador, emphasizing from the points of view of the people interviewed as has been their experience with the product, before giving to know how the induction process works to get an idea if the attempt to change the way of cooking of Ecuadorians was successful. Finally, a complaint taken from the ombudsman's office of the province of Los Rios is presented, since in that province people have a low level of knowledge of the process that must be carried out and are the most vulnerable to scams or advertising deceptions, ending with an analysis of the current situation of induction stoves.
