Abstract

In the present document the study and analysis on the application of the plan of change of stoves to gas for induction stoves will show through a compilation of news taken from the local media all the process that had the step of induction stoves in Ecuador, emphasizing from the points of view of interviewees as has been their experience with the product, before giving to know how the induction process works to have an idea if it was successful the attempt to change the way of cooking of Ecuadorians. Finally, there is a complaint taken from the Ombudsman's Office of the province of Los Ríos, since in that province people have a low level of knowledge of the process that must be carried out, they would be the most vulnerable to fraud or advertising deception, ending with an analysis of the current situation of induction cookers.
