Abstract

In the following investigation we carried out the study and the analysis of the economic problems in Ecuador by the subsidies of the liquefied petroleum gas GLP, these are one of the factors to emphasize in our investigation since the Ecuadorian state during the last 12 years to covered with these expenses of state aids this is estimated around USD 29 421 million, figure equivalent to the destined by the Treasury to investment in public work of the last three and a half years. Currently in Ecuador, the main source of energy for cooking food, heaters, dryers and various appliances in Ecuadorian homes is liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), which is a very important energy consumption in Ecuadorian society, under such circumstances should seek alternatives for consumption of renewable energy factors that help the economy and can partially or totally replace the use of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) subsidized. With the constructions of the new generations of hydroelectric as they are: Mazar, Coca Codo Sinclair and Toachi Pilatón; it is not viable the vision to the analysis of the implementation of factors that help to the saving of LPG consumption with this new alternative that are the hydroelectric ones the government of "Rafael Correa" with contribution of the EEQ and several electric of Ecuador on August 18, 2014 the implementation of the project PEC (Program of efficient cooking) that would allow to substitute in great measure the use of LPG by magnetic induction cookers. The changes of the gas services by induction are based on the transformation of the electric home network or internal of each home, with the help of private and public companies such as SERCOP and EEQ to make requests and orders through contractors, the change of connections and meters this is a method that is done in order to provide a higher electrical voltage, it is the change from a single-phase system network to a two-phase system network. These same contractors were divided on the one hand a sector was dedicated to the meters and others to the changes that will appear in the change of the internal circuit of each home that tries to make an electrical design of the distribution box where it is directed or located the new induction kitchen to be able to substantiate in an equivalent way the whole home, The importance of this is to take into account the consumption of other electrical or electronic appliances that are in the home. It should be noted that each team works with different electrical loads and it would be advisable to verify them with the Technicians and Engineers only for a backup and guarantee of the electrical networks. Another important issue is the development of the necessary theory for understanding the proper functioning and technical aspects of magnetic induction cookers, are represented with the basic principles, laws governing magnetism and benefits that constitute the implementation of such technology in Ecuadorian homes. The behavior of the different types of materials (ferromagnetic, paramagnetic and diamagnetic) is explained; which when they interact with a magnetic field perform the cooking function. The principles of magnetic induction are also presented, explaining the relationship between magnetic fields and currents induced in conductors.
