In the present article, an experiential study was carried out in order to demonstrate the application of deontology in each of the areas that make up the company STS Cia. Ltda, a company that provides non-destructive inspection services for the different industrial sectors of Ecuador, in order to seek the most critical aspects that may affect the organization, mitigate them, and find opportunities for improvement both for the company itself and for the staff working in it. The areas of greatest focus were the area of administrative management, operations, logistics and warehouse, in which it was generally observed that work should be done to improve the interpersonal relationships of its employees, complement the training of its operational staff and emphasize the control of its fixed assets and warehouse inputs to thus strengthen, develop and solidify the company, and achieve the mission and vision for which it was established.
