It is important that each worker has knowledge about the rights and duties of the employees that are stipulated in the labor code, achieving gains for both the institution and the worker, in the personal and professional environment thus achieving the improvement of labor relations. Nowadays the labor field is increasingly reduced, so they seek to raise awareness of the value of having one, companies seek skilled personnel, there are people who meet the profiles and are willing to do everything in order to enlarge the companies with the provision of their services, however there are workers who violate rules and provisions without taking into account the personal consequences and the whole organization. For this reason, this document mentions the work experience that happened some time ago with one of the collaborators of CNT EP, whose purpose is to help people who acquire a job to analyze the repercussions and benefits granted by the fulfillment or non-compliance of labor duties and rights in Ecuador, in order to prevent irregularities and acts that go against the ethics and morals of every human being.
