Abstract

The present article presents an in-depth analysis according to the deontological vision regarding the dangers found in the welding personnel of the industry and emphasizes the awareness of both parties as much collaborators as bosses and parameters that these must have to educate in an ethical manner, morals and achieve a change of mentality in the collaborators. Applying an innovation to the technical norms and applying to the deontology as main actor when developing a work it is possible to reduce the risks that are not more than errors caused by ethical and moral lack, also some of the most recurrent causes and the dangers to which the welders are exposed will be presented, as well as the decrease of risks to take a fulfillment with the duty to know and to do.
