Abstract

This article presents an in-depth analysis according to the deontological vision regarding dangers found in the industry's welding personnel and emphasizes the awareness of both parties as collaborators and leaders and parameters that these must have to educate in an ethical manner, moral and achieve a change of mentality in the collaborators. Applying an innovation to technical standards and applying deontology as the main actor in developing a work can reduce the risks that are nothing more than errors caused by ethical and moral failure, also present some of the most recurrent causes and dangers to those that the welders are exposed, as well as the decrease of risks to carry out a fulfillment with the duty to know and to do.
