Abstract
It is our duty as human beings to take care of the planet where we live in order to preserve life in it, throughout history and especially in industrial times no importance was given to the proper use of polluting liquids, decisions that caused great environmental damage throughout the world and that is why today it is an obligation to take good management of all these liquids that are the main pollutants of drinking water sources in the city of Ibarra, this document is carried out an analysis of the environmental impact of the liquids used in the city and the solutions proposed by the different public entities to avoid environmental contamination.
