Abstract

This article defines the concept of deontology and ethics within the confidentiality environment in the handling of information; we will analyze each of the important aspects of confidentiality, origins, which is the relationship between trust and professional secrecy. In addition, some specific cases will be mentioned where the duties and rights of the actors in which they must maintain confidentiality at their highest level will be observed, differentiate which is the professional being and the results in the case of disregarding the truth and ethical principles of an individual in front of a professional environment where a code of ethics and legal terms governs in the case of breaking the commitment of the management of confidential business information. Finally, the conclusions of the theoretical development and analysis of the examples presented in this document will be given.
