This document refers to the application of professional ethics in the workplace and how to proceed in a public and administrative procurement process. Hiring refers to the relationship between employee and employer in addition to suppliers or agreements between institutions which are subject to transparency processes which must be complied with by the public or private institution and a regulatory body which audits that all processes are legal and ensure all participants in the process. Emphasis is placed on how the institution is negatively affected by its values of democracy, ethics and justice, which includes development for all acts of corruption within the selection process and public administration. Finally, the method is inferred in which all those points that can improve the management within an institution for a common good are highlighted.
