Abstract

This document refers to the application of deontology in the workplace and how to proceed in a process of public and administrative procurement. Recruitment refers to the relationship between employee and employer as well as suppliers or agreements between institutions which are subject to transparency processes which must be met by the public or private institution and a regulatory body which audits that all the processes are legal and ensure all participants in the process. Emphasis is placed on how the institution negatively affects its values of democracy, ethics and justice, including development for all acts of corruption within the process of selection and public administration. Finally infer the method in which highlights all those points that can improve management within an institution for a common good.
