Abstract
This document analyzes deontology issues applied to engineering professionals of the company MASTER CONTROL ENGINEERING, in charge of liquefied petroleum gas installations. This analysis will allow us to know how to comply with the rules in the industrial sector, to avoid mistakes or accidents in the future. With the passing of time it has been seen the need to implement codes of ethics through a good leader who transmits good conduct to all workers who make up an industrial company, so excellence and optimal teamwork will be achieved. The INEN 2260 standard was used as a reference, used by the Ecuadorian company MASTER CONTROL ENGINEERING, which stipulates the necessary rules to avoid accidents, as well as analyzing the technical provisions against fires and compliance with requirements imposed by the fire department; finally, the importance and leadership of the corporate manager within the company is considered.
